WSF accredited innovative squash wall solution based on matt non-see-through tempered glass surface with color of choice suitable for newly built squash courts and renovation of existing courts.

The sub-structure consists of a grid of aluminium double swing beams on adjustable feet for levelling. The glass is installed on specially developed bearings, distributing the impact on the surface across the sub-floor. Laminated two-layer safety glass panels, built from two 5 mm tempered security glass sheets, laminated with a 1.52 mm thick PVB – foil. Special etching on the upper surface of the glass panels to prevent light reflection. Burned in ceramic dots for ideal slip resistance for squash. Courtcraft Height Adjustable tins allow its user to change the squash court tin height to either 480mm, 430mm or 330mm. The body of the tin boards are made from high-density panels, the frame and rear brackets are made from a heavy-duty gauge aluminium brackets and the top section is angled aluminium which is powder coated in Red.

Courtcraft can provide various LED Lighting systems to suit all budgets, all our products offer excellent Lux levels from the cool-white LED’s these are fully encased for protection from squash balls during play.

Junckers or Boen Squash Court floors come with solid or engineered Beech boards on a foam batten or levelling system. These systems conform to the latest BSEN 14904 type A4 sports requirements. Construction heights range from between 45mm – 140mm deep and can be installed as part of a refurbishment programme or in a new build construction.

Glass walls come in two types, freestanding supported by glass-fins or framed walls supported by aluminium posts. CourtTech offers two different types of squash walls, the CT System Wall and the CT Half System Wall. CT System Walls are free-standing, without supporting masonry. CT Half System Walls are fixed to existing solid walls. In many cases both of these CourtTech Wall types can be combined on the same court. The playing properties of both CourtTech Walls are identical. We also offer the same playing surface. We grant a guarantee independent of climatic conditions and respective location.

CourtTech offers two kinds of glass walls. Framed Glass Walls where the glass is supported by an aluminium frames. CT-Finned Glass Walls, where the glass panels are stabilized by glass fins. All CT glass walls consist of 12mm safety glass. The standard door width is 914mm, according to standards for barrier free access.

The CT GLASS Court is the perfect showpiece for professional squash. One of our main focuses during the development of this brand new court was to create an unrivalled atmosphere for the biggest events in world squash. CourtTech has added new features which enable easier installation and dismantling. The CT GLASS Court is available in different versions – as a three or four sided glass court and as fixed or demountable versions. We are pleased to develop the perfect glass court, corresponding to your requirements and special wishes. For the demountable version, we use a modular sport floor which consists of prefabricated modules for quick and secure handling. The floor is unsealed. For better visibility of white squash balls, a dark smoked oak is used instead of European beech.

The Movable Side Walls are the heart of the CourtTech Flexi Courts. In a very short time two squash courts with one movable side wall can be transformed into a multifunctional sports hall or doubles squash court with different court widths. The CourtTech Flexi Court, ideally consists of three squash courts with two Movable Side Walls can be transformed either into a multifunctional sports hall of 10 x 20m, or into two doubles squash courts. The manually movable side wall is maintenance free.

CT Pro Squash Floor by Junckers is a specifically designed solid wood floor according to the European Standard 14904. This standard is recognized worldwide and conforms to requirements for a performance sports floor. The CT Pro Squash Floor is available in different colour shades. The advantage is that solid wood floorings can be sanded more often.

The height adjustable tin is applicable for all squash disciplines. The standard height is 480mm. This is the normal height for social/club players up to national playing level. Professionals play with 430mm tin. It is possible to lower the tin further in order to fulfil the requirements of doubles squash. The upper tin profile is made of aluminium and powder coated red – RAL 3001. The lower section of the Tin is made from specifically developed boards, which we use also for our CourtTech Walls.

The revolutionary LED lighting provides a whiter and brighter light. It can also be supplied in various colours for light displays. The LED lighting can be instantly turned on and off, enabling promoters to experiment with lighting effects before and after matches. LED lighting substantially decreases electricity consumption and ensures functionality in the event of a power failure.

22mm panels for the side and back walls, and 28mm panels from front walls. Panel surface is a multi-layer melamine surface – scratch and abrasion-free, and easy to be cleaned. Panel surface is a NON PAINT surface. The panels are mounted using a hidden aluminium spline system to attach to the back construction – which must be placed every 30cm o.c. at the minimum. The back construction can be made out of a wood frame (system C50), a 5cm steel frame mounted against the solid building walls (system C75), or a free standing steel construction (system C100). Regardless which back construction is used, front walls can be built in Courtwall’s Ultimate Court quality with a refill of LIAPOR stones – to optimize the ball impact sound.

Courtwall’s ProView2 glass, two colour ceramic dot system burned into the 12mm tempered security glass during tempering process for the ideal grip of the squash ball and maximum visibility. Ceramic dots are inside the court in blue colours, and outside always black (special inside colours available on request). Ceramic dots are Ø 2mm and have a distance of 2.55/2.55mm to achieve 49% coverage of the play wall. Fin stabilizer system. Courtwall glass back walls are made of 12mm tempered glass (EN 12 150), heat soak tested. The walls are available as steel framed and glass fin stabilizer system. All hardware is made out of aluminium – automotive painted in white. Door comes in 914mm width (for wheel chair access) and has three door hinges, as well as a door handle and knob to open and close.

10-12mm thick, two layer cement based plaster. Building walls for Squash Court Plaster Finish must be built of high quality bricks, concrete blockwork or ideally poured concrete walls (with a keyed surface), on which. In any case the building walls must be even and flat in tolerance of +/-2mm in every 10cm circle. It is not allowed to level the building walls with any other plaster than the original Courtwall plaster.

Available as manually or electrically operated system. The moveable walls can be built in a panel system or glass with ProView2 system as play wall surface.

Hardwood surfaced or solid hardwood floors available with a matt lacquered squash finish, allowing to absorb sweat to a certain degree. Surface factory finished.
